Community Practice Pharmacy Residency Program!

Thank you for your interest in our Community Practice Pharmacy Residency program.  Our program has been training residents to become competent practitioners in the community with the knowledge set to implement innovative practices that will continue to put pharmacists in the spotlight as providers of healthcare as critical members of the patients' overall team of healthcare providers.  Upon completion of the program, residents will be in great position to pursue PGY2 residencies, work within the community as independent practitioners or within a chain, and work as ambulatory clinicians within community-based or institution-based clinics.

This is a 12 month ASHP-accredited residency program designed to provide advanced practice experience and opportunities for growth in all directions within the community pharmacy setting.  The program is highly competitive with residents going on to accept varied positions within the community, academia, and within the United States Public Health Department.
